Dealing w RGroup Real Estate was an amazing experience! Angie Racolta is unlike any realtor I've ever dealt with...& I've dealt with many. The first thing I noticed was that my texts were always answered immediately. I thought this to be pretty amazing given the number of clients she deals with in a days time. i certainly wasn't expecting this kind of treatment from my realtor! The next thing about Angie & her business that had the WOW factor...the power of delegation. Many realtors try to be a one man show & end up spreading themselves too thin resulting in a sub-par performance. Angie has surrounded herself w/ four very talented & capable young ladies. Angie Racolta helped us sell a house we inherited. We had some time pressures being from out of town. She met with us almost immediately after our first contact with her. She was honest, genuine, and helpful. In the meantime, we tried to sell the house ourselves and that fell through so we had her list it. The house sold within days! RGroup handled the closing in our absence with good communication and without a hitch. Fees were reasonable. Danyelle Hubbs was very helpful in the process as well and communicated clearly. We would use Angie Racolta and RGroup again.
They got my property sold very quickly above asking price. The whole process was very smooth start to finish; agent was excellent at leading me through it. Judging by offers received this agency had an accurate sense of what this property is worth in this market.
